How does it work?

If you are local to our office and showroom in Essex you are welcome to bring your items to us and discus face to face your exact requirements please call for an appointment customers in Upminster, South Ockendon, Brentwood and Romford we offer full home visits at your convince.

If you aren't so close then we offer a full email and phone design service simply special delivery the items to us (INSURED) and we can quote before work starts meaning that if you aren't happy with either our ideas or interpretation of your idea then items will be returned as they arrived by free special delivery to you with in a working day of you stating the items need to be returned.

How long can a remake take?

It really depends on what you are looking for. A straight forward cast and setting of a ring can take approx 4 weeks. More intricate detailed work can take up to 8 weeks.

A quick change to a chain or just a swap over of stones can take approx 4-5 working days.

We will always estimate when we start work how long we would expect to work on an item for. If the item is needed quickly (engagement or wedding ring) then please let us know we can work to tight deadlines if required however there is a premium charge for this. We will never let a customer down with time scales and have often been known to work round the clock to get items done in time.

I have my own sovereigns and want a two coin necklace

We can of course engineer your coins in to that of a style like Holly. If you do require this service please call for a quote it is all dependant on the spot price of gold on the day you PAY not order. So if you decide when we quote we strongly advise you PAY straight away as gold rises on a daily basis.

This is a very unique service and we will look after your coins as if they are your own. Your necklace can be made in any format you want - 9ct, 18ct or 22ct gold and can be with any chain you require.

We recently made one necklace for a particular client with her husband's year of birth on one coin (1981) and their wedding year on another (2009) we supplied the coins and the customer her own chain which was her great grandfather's watch chain. The cost for this service was approx £560 (September 2010) Please call if you have other requirements this is an indication only of expected costs.

We keep all your design work confidential and do not reuse any design work for other clients. If you designed it then it is yours and only yours. And that is our promise. No matter how stunning or unique the design is you won't see us doing a copy - not even for ourselves, unless of course you want us too!
