In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside of the British Isles, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. . If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Shipping And Handling UK Delivery of products (stock items) will normally be the same day if the order is before 1pm from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and advise you of an approximate date for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. All pre ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they come into stock and before they are re-published on the website.

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery & packing charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.

Delivery in the UK: Standard Postal Delivery £3.95 all orders up to £35.00. Orders over £35.00 FREE DELIVERY. For Delivery of orders outside of the UK please contact us for cost of delivery.
Delivery Schedule We will dispatch your order the same working day if the cleared funds are received before 12pm, orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Back orders can take up to 28 days to be dispatched any longer and we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Returns Policy Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU 2000 Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a refund, not including the delivery charges, or cost of postage which is £5-50 if your item is sent with free postage and packaging (this is the charge Royal Mail charge to us), or a restocking fee of £10-00. The restocking fee accounts for reasonable handling, bank charges and administration charges this is currently £10-00 but may be subject to change. Please request a returns form by email sales@sparklingjewellery.co.uk or print the following. This must be enclosed with the goods for a speedy refund.

Exchanges may be returned with in 14 days of receipt. These must be in a saleable conditon and have all security tags still in place and un tampered. We can not refund or exchange earrings unless faulty. All items are hand checked on dispatch. An exchange can be made outside of the 7 days refund period up to 14 days of receipt.

If an item is damaged or lost in the post you will need to claim for this loss from Royal Mail or the carrier we have used.
